Terms of service

Prices and payment method:

All prices are wholesale prices, valid until further notice for FCA at TMT. Malinen warehouses (NOL Lahti). Right to price changes is reserved.

All prices displayed in the webshop are without VAT (VAT 0%).

Packaging fees:

  • Comission fee of 15 € (VAT 0%) is added to shippings with netvalue (delivery value without VAT) less than 150 €.
  • Packing fee (VAT 0%) for long goods is 16,50 €/stack. Packing fee (VAT 0%) for non-standard pallet €6-10/piece depending on the pallet and for pallet collar €11-12/piece depending on the collar.
  • Deposit for sandwich element is 750,00 € per piece. Packing fee for sandwich element is 25,00 € (VAT 0%).
  • Deposit for aluminium profile transport cage is 250 € per piece.
  • Deposit is refunded when cage is returned. Customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
  • Product returns and return methods must be always negotiated with salesperson.
  • We comply with the Technical Traders’ General Conditions of Sale (Note: Domestic trade).

Order processing, delivery terms and delivery methods:

Our salespersons take into account any customer-specific prices and contacts customer for further delivery agreements if necessary. Delivery term is FCA Lahti.

We deliver products according to agreed delivery method or by customer’s wishes.

Delivery fees are added to the invoice or sent with customer’s freight contract.

Return policy:

Our shop serves primarily to business customers. Contract is formed when the order registered in our system. The system sends order confirmation if valid email address was provided upon registration.

Complaint cases are always processed separately with a salesperson.

Complaints and returns

In the event of a possible complaint or return need, contact our customer service at info@tmt.fi, who will provide return instructions. Products to be returned must always be in their original packaging and in salable condition.

Business customers: A product that is in accordance with the order and without defects cannot be returned without a separate agreement with the seller. A copy of the seller's reference must accompany the return. The seller is entitled to reduce handling costs by 20%, however at least 60 Euros (VAT 0%). The buyer always pays the shipping, etc. costs caused by the return. The right of return only applies to our standard products in production. The right of return does not apply to products that have a limited sales period or that we do not normally keep in stock. We do not redeem cash-on-delivery and cash-on-delivery shipments.

Delivery time and payment terms:

Delivery time depends from product availability. System provides information about product availability. Our salesperson processes the order and sends a confirmation to customer, which includes information about delivery time and payment term. The customer is obliged to inform if desired to deviate from the delivery date.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Customer data in our system:

Customer can register to the system and end the customer relationship in TMT. Malinen Oy web system if desired.

System preserves necessary order information about invoicing and orders. System also keeps record about customer’s contact information and delivery terms.

TMT. Malinen Oy does not share any customer information to third parties.

By registering to webshop customer agrees to receive TMT newsletters to the e-mail address provided upon registration.

Make sure the password provided upon registration is strong enough. TMT. Malinen Oy is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from carelessly selected passwords or other similar negligence by the customer.
